[Building Sakai] Announcing Dashboard 1.0.0

We have a write up about adding support for other types of entities in
dashboard, but it needs to be updated because the two interfaces
(EntityType and EventProcessor) have changed as we worked toward the
1.0.0 release. Also, that will be part of our conference presentation
for developers. We'll have slides from Adrian about his experience
integrating YAFT with dashboard.
