some tools translated. some tools not translated.

step by step
1. i cant find assignment's bundle file. because assignment to war file
2. downloaded trunk assignment and deploy tomcat. then error 
3. downloaded 2.9.0-a01's assignment and deploy tomcat. then working
4.a) i think first translate 2.9.0-a01's assignment 
4.b) deploy tomcat and running  but not translated assignment :(
