Is your one node having 8GB RAM ?

I have one machine of 16GB RAM
on that machine I have installed windows server 2008 64bit and VMWare
Workstation.
4 virtual machines with tomcat are running on that machine, to each VM
node 3.5 GB RAM is assigned.

so if my one node having 3.5GB RAM then how can I assign Xmx3072m ?

please suggest
