You mean when students click on the submit button and they get a timeout
error? Is that Samigo timeout error or Sakai timeout error? Can I know the
timeout message? And which page is displayed to students after the timeout?

2. Student got some system error log. Can I know what that log about?

This can happen if students use multiple tabs/windows, click back button. We
know this error sometimes causes confusion and are looking for the
alternatives.
