[Building Sakai] How to add home page and its tools to course site using JAVA API

Dear All

I created course site using java API, added all pages and tools, but unable
to add *home page* and its tools (e.g.,
sakai.iframe.site,sakai.synoptic.announcement,sakai.synoptic.messagecenter )
