[Building Sakai] Oxford's developmenty of Entity Broker

These are already done.
 - Site members (roster),
 - groups (ie, site info groups),

(or are you adding some additional functionality?)

Can you add some detail about what you are adding? The current
endpoints handle all the basic functions so as the project lead I am
curious what you would be adding. I would hate to see a lot of effort
wasted in duplication.
