[Building Sakai] in IE6, the layout will be abnormal..

It seems the IE6 bug caused by..

sytle "clear: both " will be abnormal in IE6
and this style is used by navPanel

	Everyone found this issue??
in IE6, the layout will be abnormal..   Anyone have idea??

There is large blank between the toolMenuWrap and col1
(portletTitleWrap/portletMainWrap)
How to solve this issue?
