[Building Sakai] Archiving Sakai Events & Sessions in Sakai 2.7.x

We prune SAKAI_SESSION and SAKAI_EVENT every night at 5am and then optimize
the tables. We maintain all records in an offsite database for statistics,
grade challenges, etc.
