[Building Sakai] Archiving Sakai Events & Sessions in Sakai 2.7.x

Michigan does have a great process for this.

What we do is periodically take all events and session records that are more
than 3 months old and remove them from the db, and store them externally as
a file. The files are dated so if for some reason we need to query those, we
can grab the date range we need.
