[Building Sakai] Gradebook 2 in project sites

What version of Sakai are you using? Also, can you list your
gradebook2 specific sakai.properties.
What gradebook functions does the "access" role have:
gradebook.editAssignments
gradebook.gradeAll
gradebook.gradeSection
gradebook.viewOwnGrades
