[Building Sakai] user assignment to group taking long time (e.g. 3 seconds), how to reduce it

Dear All

We are using SAKAI 2.7*

I created groups in academic sites (e.g., project sites).
 each user assignment to group taking about 3 seconds, which is very long,
any one can tell me how to speed up that web-service call.
