[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.8.0 & MySQL mystery

Hi

I have built and deployed Sakai and it seems to be running ok. I configured it to use MySQL, but when I do a "show tables" on the "sakai" DB there are no tables in the DB. What could be the problem? Has it defaulted to HSQLDB for some reason?

Also, on a slightly different topic, I changed the db user and password details "half way" through the builds of the master project and the "top-level" project (I had to resubmit the build command for both projects a couple of times due to network connectivity issues, and at some stage during that process changed the DB login details). How do I rebuild the master project and the "top-level" project from scratch, so that sakai can pick up the correct DB login details?
