[Building Sakai] Proposal for dynamic loading of ServerConfigurationService and component manager primitives

We just used JMX/Jconsole for modifing the dynamic configuration
properties via a MBean. I am not sure if the JMS MessageService would
provide similar functionality. I think the JMS MessageService would
allow us to notify all cluster nodes.
