[Building Sakai] Opensylabus tool

Hi there. 



I am looking for the source code of Opensyllabus tool,I have tried this zip http://jive2.hec.ca/OpenSyllabus-src-v9_04.zip  it does not work at all. 



Can you please help me with the source code,I really want to play around with that tool
