[Building Sakai] SAK-6994 - Students deleted from a site still have dropboxes created for them

It seems like the problem might be with your provider. Why was the student still showing up in the membership for the site at the time the dropbox was added to the site? I could be wrong but I think in our sakai instance, when users are removed from the roster, they no longer appear in the site membership. If the student already has a dropbox, I'm not sure whether it gets removed automatically, but I'm pretty certain that the addition of the dropbox tool to a site after a student is removed would not result in creation of a dropbox for a student who has been removed from the roster that is received from the provider.

Our instructors don’t want to unenrolled students dropboxes visible and this patch fixes this.
