[Building Sakai] SAK-6994 - Students deleted from a site still have dropboxes created for them

Hi,

We have it in production since 2009 (under 2.6.x) and haven't noticed any issue with this. Anyway, if anybody can think about a workaround to fix this, I can work on it.

Hi David,

As its written the I believe the isDropBoxVisible will be performance killer -it appears the full site + membership is loaded and itterated through for each student in the site .

Our instructors don't want to unenrolled students dropboxes visible and this patch fixes this.

Is there any objection to have this patch applied to trunk?
