[Building Sakai] Assignments Sakai 2.8.0

Hi, Ciellie:

I couldn't repeat the problem on qa3-us with sakai-2.8.0-rc03 tag. Is this
the version you are using? 

Have you set any language preferences other than English? What was your
choice of resubmission times and dates?
