[Building Sakai] SiteStats Tool

Hi All,

Could someone suggest us what will be the best version of SiteStats tool  to use for the Sakai-2-6-x?

Is the latest SiteStats tool for sakai-2.8.x backwards compatible with sakai-2-6-x?

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
