[Building Sakai] Forum Tool - automatically create topic

Hi everybody !



As the e-mail subject says I need some help with the forum tool.

I have a page where I added the Announcement Tool and the Forum Tool. For
each Announcement (in view mode) I want to create automatically a new (and
only one) topic in the Forum Tool.

I did not found any documentation on how to do these things.

I have tried to create a new topic in
org.sakaiproject.component.app.messageforums.dao.hibernate.BaseForumImpl.java
in createTopic() method with no success.

Also the Forum Tool needs a refresh (or reset) when another announcement is
displayed – a new topic will be created (if it does not exists) and
displayed.

Can you please help me?
