[Building Sakai] How to configure "from" email with outgoing SMTP

Hi,

Can someone help me changing the "from" email address in sakai outgoing
email using SMTP on a different host ? Actually, sakai is using postmaster@
<s*erverName*> but my SMTP host isn't the same serverName as Sakai.
