[Building Sakai] Proposal for Sakai CLE mobile app

Hi all,

First I would like to introduce my self. I am Kasun Lakpriya from University
of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka following a computer science and engineering degree.

As the first step I discussed the problems I had about the project here [0].
Then after getting some off the list help from Steve I was able to come up
with a proposal [1] for GSoC idea about "Sakai CLE mobile app". Please have
a look and give your valuable feedback which will be really helpful to move
forward.

Proposal is in a Google doc and if there is another proffered way to publish
please let me know.

Eagerly looking forward to all of your feedback.

* One more thing, in the application guide Amyas has mentioned to copy and
paste a resume if there is no one in the web. I have mentioned my linkedin
profile there is it enough or not?
