[Building Sakai] table sam_gradingsumary_t of Samigo

Hi,
I want to extract info from Samigo to see if people are doing well on their test. I looked at the ERD of samigo and saw that sam_gradingsummary_t have the info I wanted. But I don't know why it's always empty, no record. Can somebody tell me in what case would info from sam_assessment_grading be extracted to this  sam_gradingsummary_t.
