[Building Sakai] directtool and pages

I don't see anything in the docs or the code to do this (just a handler for
DirectToolHandler.java.

If you had javascript support, you could use probably write a function to
use entitybroker to search for the page name for a site

http://<server id>/direct/site/<site id>/pages.json

in the json feed, then redirect to this page id with a window.location?
