[Building Sakai] Problem building trunk (2.9-SNAPSHOT) with maven 3?

To clarify, trunk depends on kernel-1.3.0-SNAPSHOT and its artifacts have been regularly refreshed in the maven2-snapshot repo since Oct 2010.  It was last refreshed on 19-Mar-2011 09:00  (e.g., today).
