[Building Sakai] Edit Published Assessment - random draw from question pool

Hi Bryan,

If the test is over, changing the question won't help. I think you can ask
the instructor to adjust the score in the scores page (Total Scores,
Question Scores, etc).

The related db tables for your issue are SAM_PUBLISHEDITEM_T,
SAM_PUBLISHEDITEMTEXT_T, and SAM_PUBLISHEDANSWER_T.
