Karen,

I asked the instructor exactly what he wanted to change and this is what he
sent me back:

Multiple choice:
Sometimes my multiple choice questions are multiple choice/multiple answer,
but I either mistakenly end up saving it as a single answer, and need to
change that.
Every once in a while I mark the wrong answers. A student will alert me
about it and I need to change it.

Fill in the blank:
Every once in a while a misspell a "correct" answer or accidentally leave a
space in, making all correct answers incorrect. When students start
complaining that it won't give them points for a correct answer, I'll go
back in and find one of these two problems.

If that isn't exact enough could you just point me in the right direction
and I'll look through the tables and figure it out from there. Don't spend
too much time on this though. I think the test is already over so this info
would be just to help me out in the future if this happens again.
