[Building Sakai] Melete Lesson Builder 2.8

You are correct, Jean-Francois. I just checked the install guide for Melete
2.8 and it was tested against Sakai 2.7.1. 

Regarding your future use of Melete, I understand... We all have to make
critical calls as to where we put our limited resources.
