[Building Sakai] building sakora for 2.7.1

Hi Amy,

We are running sakora-csv trunk fine on our 2.7 Sakai installation. I just
changed the pom's to reflect to 2.7-SNAPSHOT instead of 2.6 and then
compile and deployed them without any problems.
