[Building Sakai] Students getting 'you are not authorised' message using mneme

Hello members,
I work at Charles Sturt University and am involved with helping students with issues with Interact. A issue with Test Centre is being seen with increasing frequency.

Has anyone come across the issue where students are using Test Centre and while part way through a test they get the message 'you are not authorised to perform that activity at this time'. Then after following the link they are taken back to Test Centre, and are unable to continue with the test.
