[Building Sakai] Clog question

We are trying to change the tile of tool 'Clog' to 'Blog'. I changed 
Tool title in /clog/tool/src/webapp/tools/clog.xml file, it changed the 
tool to Blog.

But when I changed email template in template-commentNew.xml and 
template-postNew.xml.. It is still sending email notification with Clog 
in it.. Did I miss anything here?

We are still registering tool as id being sakai.clog.
