[Building Sakai] NeoPortal Adjustments?

This was an arbitrary choice and I am open to any suggestions. 

My idea was that too many would make the UI look broken and be hard to scroll so I put in a limit that I figured folks would not notice.

But I too have noticed it.

Perhaps there needs to be a "More..." that just goes to the site if there are >= the limit (which should be configurable).
