[Building Sakai] direct links to Melete module and assessment item in Test Center

Zhen,

I wasn't sure if you were looking to access a module via a feature or 
via code. As of Melete 2.9m1 (an internal release), Melete supports 
direct urls within the portal of the format:

/edit_module/<module_id> and /view_module/<module_id>

Would this be what you may be looking for?
