[Building Sakai] Wars not expanding/exploding

I can pick errors  in the log on lines 828, 920, 940, 957, 971, 1619, 1666,
1683, 1700,1717, 1734 and 1748. Something you might have noticed too. Am
fairly new to Sakai myself, but am sure this will be narrowed down quickly.
