[Building Sakai] direct links to Melete module and assessment item in Test Center

If you go into that list view, and click any assessment, you will get its
direct url.

The url pattern for a particular assessment is something like
https://localhost:8080/portal/tool/<toolid>/enter/<assessmentid>
