[Building Sakai] Lesson builder 1.2.2 tag

I've just tagged version 1.2.2. It is a bug fix version, handling problems that have turned up in production at Rutgers and a couple of reports from elsewhere.

The priority for June and July is getting the most stable code for Sept. There will be a 1.3 within a few weeks. The only new features will be Common Cartridge import. However it will deal with a couple of issues in interface to the rest of Sakai:

* It will use /access/lessonbuilder to get at content rather than /access/content. That will allow it to use LB-specific access rules. It will also let you hide the folders from students in resources but still have lessons access it. This is something faculty often want to do. And it will mane that LB will work properly with the default setting of content.html.forcedownload

* It will support group-specific content. LB as of 1.2 is not group aware. 

If you are planning to use LB for Sept, I recommend planning to take 1.3. If you are using it now, even for preparing content, you will probably want to update to 1.2.2.
