[Building Sakai] MSGCTNR: date listed in thread does not reflect date posted.

Kenwrick,

What version of MSGCNTR are you running?  It looks like https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/MSGCNTR-357.  Also, it looks like Michelle Wagner is in the process of merging that into 2.7.x.
