[Building Sakai] "Test & Quizzes" Error: Unable to find registered context for tool with ID sakai.samigo

 Dear all,

 I am running sakai 2.7.1 from binary package.

 The "Test & Quizzes" has error:

 org.sakaiproject.portal.api.PortalHandlerException:
 java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to find registered context for
 tool with ID sakai.samigo
     at

org.sakaiproject.portal.charon.SkinnableCharonPortal.doGet(SkinnableCharonPortal.java:768)
 caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to find registered
 context for tool with ID sakai.samigo
     at

org.sakaiproject.tool.impl.ActiveToolComponent$MyActiveTool.forward(ActiveToolComponent.java:497)

 System information:
 - Windows XP, JDK 1.6_04, Tomcat 5.5.30.

Any Information that resolve this issue will be highly appreciated.
