[Building Sakai] CopySite

[Jon Wheat]

I'm using copySite to copy a project site we have set up as a template for our Advising sites. 
That template site has some generic resources and content in Site info that is not making it to the destination. 

If we duplicate the site or import from site we can get that information - I but I'm trying to do it all via a script and was wondering if I was doing something wrong or if copySite simply creates an empty shell of a site.
