[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.6 with SQL Server

Hi Claudia,

As far as I know Sakai works on DB2. There are some people in the community (from IBM?) that ensure it works on DB2. I have a feeling the upgrade scripts are a bit out of date for DB2 though. By far the most common and best tested setup is either MySQL or Oracle.
