[Building Sakai] Does Sakai 2.7.1 work with Wicket 1.4.x or 1.5.x?

I am in the process of creating a Sakai Tool using Wicket 1.3, but would like to use 1.4 or 1.5-RC1.  Has anyone currently used either 1.4 or 1.5-rc1 Wicket to create a Sakai Tool?
