[Building Sakai] Gradebook Options does not display (specifically Grades sent to Gradebook)

Hi Doreen,

Does this happen to a certain site? I can think of two possibilities. Can
you first make sure you have Gradebook tool in the site? Then go to the
assessment type of that assessment. Make sure you have "Can edit default
value (below)?" checked under Gradebook Options.
