[Building Sakai] Planning to move to 2.8 around June?

Dear Dev-listers,

At Delaware, we are considering upgrading to Sakai 2.8 around June. We are
currently running 2.6.3, and we are concerned about performance issues in
2.7.

I'm trying to figure out if other schools are thinking about migrating to
2.8 this Summer, or for September maybe? I want to make sure we're not going
to be the only trailblazers with this new release.
