[Building Sakai] weird bug in assignments: it's showing the

we don't think our people are using multiple windows. I'm guessing the wrong timing of clicks is doing the same thing. I know you can't fully fix it, but perhaps it would be possible to do some kind of consistency check so you know it's in an unsafe state.
