[Building Sakai] Sakai + Springs

You are not installing Spring. The libraries are included via the
Sakai maven 2 pom.xml files. You can see which version is being used
by looking here (for 2.7.1 for example):
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//master/tags/sakai-2.7.1/pom.xml

"<sakai.spring.version>2.5.6.SEC01</sakai.spring.version>"

The version varies depending on the version of Sakai so make sure you
check this if you have need for a specific Spring feature.
