[Building Sakai] Sakai + Springs

As of Sakai 2.7.1, we are using Spring v. 2.5.6.SEC01.  If you reference 
this version in your Maven file, you should be OK.  Other Sakai tools 
use Spring and Spring MVP (for UI), so it is included in our Maven 
repository.
