[Building Sakai] Trunk: Tomcat 5.5.33 upgrade

Sakai trunk's demo archive now packages up Tomcat 5.5.33.  In addition, the Nightly2 4pm trunk build is now deploying to Tomcat 5.5.33.

2.8.x has also been updated.
