[Building Sakai] Signup Tool error

Hi,

Our implementation of Signup Tool is experiencing errors in a Project site that has all Sakai users in its role.  When a user clicks on a meeting to go view/edit it either hangs then times out with a proxy error or doesn't do anything at all.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I believe it may be struggling because of the massive list of users to process.
