[Building Sakai] Maven can't locate sakai-fck-connector, install fails

I'm doing my first build of Sakai 2.7.  During the clean install, Maven says
it can't find the sakai-fck-connector.  If I navigate to the download URL
manually, I can't find it either.  Can someone tell me where I can get the
files or if there's a work around?

FWIW, I'm running Maven 3 on Ubuntu 10.10 32bit.
