[Building Sakai] Instructors feedback/comments display HTMLtagsinsteadof rendering them.

I don't understand what is happening, but our Messages tool doesn't use 
the FCK Editor. All the other tools are using it without problems.

We are using msgcntr-2.7.2. Which msgcntr version are you using?
