[Building Sakai] Instructors feedback/comments display HTMLtagsinstead of rendering them.

Hi Dani,
We´ve just checked it and with this tool, we have an FCK editor, not 
just a text field. Maybe thats the problem... We are using also 2.7.1
Dont you have the editor in that tool?
